― Mister Rodgers

Aging and older adulthood bring a number of changes which can be difficult to manage. Everyone’s experience of aging is different, and its important for psychologists and physicians to work together to ensure you get the best individualized care. I am a contracted Medicare provider and my goal is to help you continue to live a full and purposeful life throughout the aging process. Some common feelings and changes which therapy can help you work through are:

  • Retirement
  • Self-Worth and Purpose
  • Isolation and Loneliness
  • Grief and Loss
  • Physical Changes and Loss of Mobility
  • Illness
  • Becoming more dependent
  • Depression
  • Death and Dying
