Often times they give us a sense of strength and direction in our lives, but other times we are confronted with obstacles that keep us from reaching our goals. Therapy provides an opportunity for exploration of who we are, what we want, and how we pursue it. Together we will earnestly and compassionately look at possible feelings of isolation, helplessness, anxiety, sadness, hopelessness, emptiness, or simply feeling stuck which keep you from going after or achieving what you want. Whether you are struggling in school or with peers, facing challenges in your career or relationships, working through a past or recent trauma, or entering into a new phase of your life, I will work to understand you, your experiences, and how we can create a framework that allows you to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
