“What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly.”
― Carol R. Rogers

Life can be overwhelming. We often accumulate emotional burdens from our experiences and are forced to find ways to cope with them. When our ways of coping aren’t enough, or suddenly stop working, it’s not uncommon to feel stuck. Making a change is hard, and sometimes it may even seem like it’s impossible for things to get any better. Sometimes it takes someone else to help us look a little deeper, offer a new perspective, or simply accept us for who we are in order for us to understand how to make the changes we are looking for. Therapy can be a good place to get help with:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Stress
  • Work, School and Career
  • Identity
  • Motivation
  • Self-Worth
  • Relationships and Intimacy
  • Communication
  • Grief and Loss
  • Isolation and Loneliness
  • Life Transitions
  • Family Difficulties
  • Substance Use
  • Trauma
